Printing location labels

  1. Select Label Management in the Administration menu.
  2. Select Print Labels > Locations.

    The Search for a Location to Print Labels page is displayed.

  3. Specify this information:
    Company

    Select the company of the location for which you want to print labels.

    Location

    Specify the location for which you want to print labels.

    Active Only

    Check to select the Active Only option.

    Associated to Procurement

    Select the association to Procurement of the location for which you want to print labels.

    Location Activity

    Select the activities associated with the location for which you want to print labels.

    Note: 

    To select more than one activity, hold down the Ctrl key while selecting activities.

  4. Click Search to display all users that fit your search criteria.

    The Select Locations to Print Labels For page is displayed.

    Specify this information:

    • Search Again

    • Print Labels

  5. Select the check boxes of the location for which you want to print labels.
  6. Click Print Labels.
  7. On the Print Labels confirmation page click Items to return to the Location Management page.
