Replenishing items from the touchscreen

  1. Select Replenish Now from the main menu.

    The Select Supply Location screen is displayed.

    Note: The availability of this function depends on the Point of Use for Nursing user role assigned to you. Your user access should be assigned with "Point Of Use – Replenish Now" role.

    "Replenish Now" in the touchscreen processes the Pending Quantity including the Quantity on Hand and moves it as Requested Quantity.

    The screen will be populated with available supply locations you have access to. These locations are configured to process par replenishments automatically in POU Configuration.

    Specify this information:

    0-9, ABC, DEF, GHI, JKL, MNO, PQRS, TUV, WXYZ

    Select these buttons to filter the supply locations displayed by location ID.

    View All

    Select this button to display all supply locations.

  2. Tap a supply location to select.

    The Replenish Now screen is displayed.

  3. Tap Search Item button to select items to replenish. You can also scan item barcodes.
    Note: Only items without "Replenishment Sent" in Remarks will be sent for replenishment.

    Scanning vendor-replenished items will automatically have a "Replenishment Sent" in Remarks since these are requested immediately after they are pulled.

  4. Verify the information specified.
    Note:  If the item was created in FSM, the PPE label contains either a Yes or No value. The value depends on the PPE tagging of the item in FSM.

    If the item was created in Infor Lawson and the Enable PPE Flag is tagged, the PPE label displays a Yes or No value. The value depends on the PPE tagging of the item in Infor Lawson. Refer to the Mobile Supply Chain Management and POU Administration Guide for more information.

  5. Tap Submit.
    The POU Touchscreen Main Menu screen and a confirmation message is displayed.
