Finding a case in Point of Use for Department Inventory using the additional search parameters in Android

Note: You should have the POU DI - Handheld - Case role to perform this task.

Additional Filter button is available only if the Facility and Department are not left null/blank.

The case list will display the records that satisfy the parameters selected in the additional search parameters screen and parameters found in the select case screen.

  1. Tap the Filter button to display the Filter screen.
  2. Tap the patient to select the Patient. The Select Patient screen is displayed.
  3. Tap the practitioner to select the Practitioner. The Select Practitioner screen is displayed.
  4. Tap the personnel to select the Personnel. The Select Personnel screen is displayed.
  5. Tap the item to select the Item. The Select Item screen is displayed.
  6. Tap RESET ALL FILTERS to clear all filters selected.
  7. Tap SAVE. All cases that satisfy the search parameters are listed in the results area of the select case screen.
  8. In the list of cases, select the case you want to open.
