Adding items to a procedure template

  1. Perform the steps in Searching for a procedure template.
  2. Select the check box corresponding to the Procedure Template.

    The Procedure Template Management panel is displayed.

  3. Click the Open button.
  4. Click Find Item.

    The Find Items Dialog box is displayed.

    Note: The Item ID is automatically created using uppercase characters.
  5. Select the Item(s) to be added and click Add.
  6. The item(s) is displayed in the item location table.
    Note: In the Item field, specify the Item Number, Manufacturer Number or the GTIN/HIBC; scan the bar code or click the search icon. The autocomplete function displays matching entries when specifying the Item Number, Manufacturer Number, or Description.
  7. Specify the quantity of this item for procedure.
  8. Save your changes.
