Editing department item details for special items

  1. Follow the steps in Searching for a department.
  2. Select the check box corresponding to the department to be viewed.
  3. Select Associate Items in the menu.

    The Department Item Management panel is displayed.

  4. Check the box corresponding to the special item to be viewed.
  5. Click Open.

    The Department Item Detail panel is displayed.

  6. Add any data required for special item replenishment.
    Note: The POU UOM fields here override the POU UOM fields in Item Details.

    Accounting fields are not available for MSCM connecting to FSM application. Ensure that the Issue Account fields of the requesting location of the department is supplied since this is utilized during replenishment of special item.

  7. Save your changes.
    Note: If replenishment transactions already exist for this item then all fields are display only.
