Adding procedure rooms to a department

  1. Select Point of Use for Department Inventory > Configuration.
  2. Select Department and perform search of department. See Searching for a department.
  3. Select the check box corresponding to the Department to be viewed.
  4. Select Add Procedure Rooms in the menu.

    A Procedure Room dialog box is displayed.

  5. Specify the name of the procedure room and the Description
    Note: The Procedure Room is automatically created using uppercase characters.
  6. Click Add.

    The Procedure room is added to the associated locations table.

  7. Click Save to save your changes.
