Possible scenarios that MSCM will not process the ADT/SIU/CSU Events

For A01 and A04 events, if a patient with a given patient number within a facility already exist in MSCM database.

For A06 to A35 events, if a patient with a given patient number within a facility does not exist in MSCM database

For S12 and C10 events, if a case with a given case number within a sending application already exist in MSCM database.

For S13 to S22, if a case with a given case number within a sending application does not exist in MSCM database

For S13 to S22, if a case is already CONFIRMED or BILLED in MSCM.

For S12 and C10 events, if the given department code does not exist from the master/setup data.
