Modifying a POU workstation

Note: You should have a Point of Use - Modify Workstation user role.
  1. Select Point of Use for Nursing
  2. Click configuration and select Workstations.
  3. Select the Modify tab.

    The Modify Workstation section is displayed.

  4. Select from the list of available companies the workstation you want to modify from the Workstation list.
  5. Click Search to locate a workstation.

    A list of workstations and hostnames is displayed.

  6. You can select the workstation content according to these variables you want to modify:
    • All Supply

    • Locations

    • Assigned Supply Locations

    • All Patient Locations

    • Assigned Patient Locations

    Note: Only the original administrative user who assigned the supply location can modify and move supply locations from assigned to unassigned.
    1. Select the Facility you want to modify.
    2. Select the locations you want to edit by moving the supply locations or patient locations from assigned to non-assigned.
  7. Set the workstation's idle time and assign a default revenue center.
    Note: To allow users to select other Revenue Centers, tag "Allow selection of Revenue Center" check box. The check box is enabled only if there is a default Revenue Center selected.
  8. Click Save to save your changes.
