Location

A location is a physical area where transactions can occur. A location can represent a physical place such as a city, building, or floor of a building. It can also represent logical classifications, such as spare parts, office supplies, and consignment inventory.

Examples of locations for:

  • Infor Receiving and Delivery and Par and Cycle Counting – stock locations, par locations, receiving location.

  • Infor Point of Use – stock locations, par locations, rooms.
