My Issues and Returns defaults setting

Users can now set their default Inventory Location, Requesting Location, and Report Printer on the Receiving and Delivery Setting module on their Android devices. In case there are defaults already set in the MSCM server, the defaults set in the device is overridden and used as the defaults.
