Properties configuration page

This version offers a new page that replaces the mscm.filter.properties. It allows the Administrators to set all global application properties value on MSCM’s system management or service page.

Changing and saving any properties from the configuration page does not require an application server restart and takes effect in 3 minutes. This feature exists in 11.0.1.x but is a new feature for all clients who are upgrading from 10.1.x.x.
