Customizing chargeable item labels

  1. Select Administration > Label Management.
  2. Select Customize Labels > Items
    The Labels Customization: Customize Item Labels page is displayed.
  3. Select Chargeable Item from the Item Type field.
  4. You can edit existing labels or customize a new one by clicking Edit on the Custom ChargeableItemLabel 1and Custom ChargeableItemLabel 2.
  5. Specify this information:

    • CDM Number

    • POU UOM

    • Manufacturing Name

    • Manufacturing Catalog Number

    • Revenue Center ID

    • Location
    • Location Description
  6. Save your changes.
    Note: Fixed values for Chargeable Item Label are Item Description and Item ID. User is required to select "CDM Number" when customizing label format.
