Editing procedure rooms associated to a department

  1. Search for a Department.
  2. Select the check box corresponding to the Department to be edited.
  3. Select Associate Locations in the menu.

    The Department Location Management panel is displayed.

  4. Select the check box corresponding to the Procedure Room to be opened.
  5. Select Open Procedure Room in the menu.

    A Procedure Room dialog box is displayed.

  6. Modify the name of the Procedure Room and/or the Description.
    Note: The Procedure Room is created in uppercase characters.
  7. Click Add. The Procedure Room is added to the associated locations table.
  8. Save your changes.
