Viewing system management server logs

  1. Select Administration > System Management.
  2. Select Server Logs tab.
  3. Select the report parameters:
    Type
    Select to view the Web or Sync server logs. Default is blank.
    Log Type
    Select to view MSCM server logs. Default is blank.
    Start Date
    Select the start date of the log report. Default is current date.
    Start Time
    Select the start time of the log report. Default is one hour less of the current time.
    Log End Date
    Select the end date of the log report. Default is current date.
    End Time
    Select the end time of the log report. Default is current time.
  4. Click Generate.
    Note:  The initial display is 100,000 lines. To see more lines, click Load More.
