To inactivate users
- Select User Management in the Administration menu.
 - Select Users > Inactivate/Activate on the User Management page. The Search for a User to Inactivate page is displayed.
 - 
        Specify this information:
        
- Status
 - 
                
Select Active.
 - User ID
 - 
                
Specify the user ID to search for the user you want to inactivate.
 - First Name
 - 
                
Specify the first name of the user that you want to inactivate.
 - Last Name
 - 
                
Specify the last name of the user that you want to inactivate.
 - User Group
 - 
                
Specify the user group of the user that you want to inactivate.
 - Company
 - 
                
Select the company of the user that you want to inactivate.
 - User Association
 - 
                
Select the Portal association of the user that you want to inactivate.
 
 - 
        Click Search to display the users that fit your search
criteria. The Search Results page is displayed.

        Click Inactivate next to the user that you want to
inactivate. The Search Results page is displayed.
        Note:
If you inactivate a user that is managed through the Portal, Infor Mobile Supply Chain Management automatically inactivates the corresponding record.
 - Click Inactivate this User to inactivate the selected user. The Inactivate User confirmation page is displayed.
 - Click DONE to return to the User Management page.
