Creating custom process loads

Use this procedure to create custom process loads using the application interface.

Note: 

Only users with SIM - Custom Processes role can perform these tasks.

To create custom process loads

  1. Select Custom Process from the Surgical Instrument Management menu.
  2. Select Actions > Create from the menu.

    The Custom Process page displays.

  3. Specify this information.
    Company

    Select the company for the custom process location.

    Location

    Select the location of the custom process.

    Activity

    Select the activity.

    Process

    Select the custom process.

    Cycle Number

    Specify the cycle number this load corresponds to. The cycle number is an optional field that relates to the unique identifier that the custom process gives to a load.

    Comments

    Specify any comments or instructions for the load

  4. Click Continue.

    The Custom Process Load page displays.

  5. Select Content tab.
  6. In the ASID/Batch ID field, specify the assembly IDs or Batch IDs to include in the custom process load.
  7. Click Add.
  8. Optionally, you can also tap enter key to add assembly or batch ID to the custom process load.
  9. Click Remove to delete an assembly or batch from the load.
  10. Click Save.
