To run the assembly exceptions report
- 
        Select SIM Reports from the Surgical Instrument Management menu.
        
The Reporting page displays.
 - Click Activities to display the list of reports.
 - 
        Click Assembly Exceptions.
        
The Assembly Exceptions Report Settings page displays.
 - 
        Specify this information.
        
- Company
 - 
                
Specify the company where the tray ID you want to view in the report is associated with.
 - Assembly Location
 - 
                
Specify the assembly location where the tray ID you want to view in the report is associated with.
 - Tray ID
 - 
                
Specify the tray ID with assembly exceptions you want to view in the report.
 - Tray List Number
 - 
                
Specify the specific tray list number where the tray ID is associated with.
 - Item Number
 - 
                
Specify a specific item number of the tray ID.
 - Service
 - 
                
Specify the service name of the tray ID.
 - Operator
 - 
                
Specify the operator who performed the tray assembly with exceptions using the entered tray ID.
 - Report Start Date
 - 
                
Specify or select a start date to include tray assembly exceptions logged for the selected tray ID during a specific date range.
 - End Date
 - 
                
Specify or select a end date to include tray assembly exceptions logged for the selected tray ID during a specific date range.
 
 - 
        Click Run Report to generate the report.
        
The Assembly Exceptions report displays on the Report Viewer page.
