Running tray reports
Use this procedure to view location information for trays.
To run the tray tracking report
- Select Tracking from the Surgical Instrument Management menu.
 - Select Tray on the Tracking page. The Search for Tray for Tray Location page is displayed.
 - 
        Specify this information:
        
- Company
 - 
                
Select the company of the tray that you want to report on.
 - Location
 - 
                
Select the location of the tray that you want to report on.
 - Activity
 - 
                
Select the activity that you want to run a report on.
 - Tray ID
 - 
                
Specify the ID of the tray that you want to report on.
 - ASID
 - 
                
Specify the assembly ID of the tray that you want to report on.
 - Item Number
 - 
                
Specify an item number included in the tray that you want to report on.
 - Tray List Number
 - 
                
Specify the tray list number of the tray that you want to report on.
 - Tray List Name
 - 
                
Specify the name of the tray list for the tray that you want to report on.
 - Service
 - 
                
Select the service associated with the tray that you want to report on.
 - Peel Pack
 - 
                
Select Yes or No to run a report on a tray that is tagged as Peel Pack or not.
 - Fast Track
 - 
                
Select Yes or No to run a report on Fast Track tray/tray list or not.
 
 - 
        Click Search to search for the trays that fit your
search criteria. The Tray Location page is displayed.

Click this button to specify new search criteria.
 - 
                
Click this button to print the selected report.
 - Export to Excel
 - 
                
Click this button to export the selected report to an Excel spreadsheet.
