To view/print received case carts, trays, and instruments
- Select Receive from the Surgical Instrument Management menu. The Receive page is displayed.
- Access the View tab screen.

Specify this information:
- Receiving Company

Select the company where user received the items.
- Receiving Location

Select the location where user received the items.
- Receiving Sub Location ID

Specify the sub-location ID where user received the items.
- ID
-
Specify the case cart ID/ tray ID or instrument ID to be viewed/printed.
- Receiving Date From

Specify the lower limit of the date range when the receive transaction was created.
- Receiving Date To
-
Specify the upper limit of the date range when the receive transaction was created.
- Click Search.

Click View/Print next to the record to be viewed/printed.
Note:
For case cart records, only ASIDs and instrument IDs tagged as received during the receive process will be displayed.
