To view/print received case carts, trays, and instruments

  1. Select Receive from the Surgical Instrument Management menu. The Receive page is displayed.
  2. Access the View tab screen.
  3. Specify this information:
    Receiving Company

    Select the company where user received the items.

    Receiving Location

    Select the location where user received the items.

    Receiving Sub Location ID

    Specify the sub-location ID where user received the items.

    ID

    Specify the case cart ID/ tray ID or instrument ID to be viewed/printed.

    Receiving Date From

    Specify the lower limit of the date range when the receive transaction was created.

    Receiving Date To

    Specify the upper limit of the date range when the receive transaction was created.

  4. Click Search.
  5. Click View/Print next to the record to be viewed/printed.
    Note: 

    For case cart records, only ASIDs and instrument IDs tagged as received during the receive process will be displayed.
