Viewing and printing tray lists
Use this procedure to view and print tray lists.

To view or print tray lists
- Select Tray List Management in the Surgical Instrument Management menu.
- Select Tray List > View/Print on the Tray Lists page. The Search for Tray List to View/Print page is displayed.

To search for all tray lists, leave the fields blank.
- Company

Select the company you of the tray list that you want to view or print.
- Instrument Source

Select the instrument source from which the items for the tray list come.
- Tray List Number

Specify the number of the tray list that you want to view or print.
- Tray List Name

Specify the name of the tray list that you want to view or print.
- Storage Location
-
Select the storage location where the tray is stored.
- Priority
-
Select the priority of the tray list, if applicable.
- Tray List Ref

Specify the reference number for the tray list that you want to view or print.
- Sub Location
-
Select the sub-location of the storage location if applicable.
- Charge Code

Specify the charge code associated with the tray that you want to view or print.
- Service

Select the department that the tray is associated with.
- Sterilization
-
Select the sterilization type the tray receives after use.
- Sterilization Validity

Specify the sterilization validity of the tray list in number of years.
- Color

Select the type of color packaging or signifier used to distinguish the tray. This usually refers to the tape color on an instrument.
- Containing Item Number

Specify an item number, SIM number or manufacturer number that is contained in the tray list that you would want to view/print.
Search implementation for the field is the wild card search and is case insensitive.
- Containing Item Number

Specify an item number, SIM number or manufacturer number that is contained in the tray list that you would want to view/print.
Search implementation for the field is the wild card search and is case insensitive.
- Bio-test Required

Select Yes if the tray list requires a Bio-test or No if it does not. To select both, choose (all).
- Consignment

Select Yes if the tray list is on consignment or No, if it is not on consignment. To select both, choose (all).
- On Trial

Select Yes if the tray list is on trial basis or No, if it is not on trial. To select both, choose (all).
- Obsolete

Select Yes if the tray list is obsolete or No, if it is not obsolete. To select both, choose (all).
- Replaced by
-
Specify or select the tray list that has replaced the obsolete tray list.
- Include Inactive Tray Lists

Select this check box if you want to view or print an inactive tray list.
- Show only Tray Lists with individually tracked Items

Select this check box if you only want to view or print tray lists that contain individually tracked Items.
- Tray, Peel, or Both

Select either to display which type of tray list you want to view or print. Or select Both to display all.

Click Search to display tray lists that fit your search
criteria. The Choose a Tray List to View/Print page is displayed.

- Click View/Print beside the desired tray list. The printable version of the tray list is displayed.
- Click Print Sheet to print the tray list.
- Click Done to return to the Search for Tray List to View/Print page.
