Processing issues and returns in Android

Process issues and returns in Android

  1. On the RAD Home page, tap the More Options button. The RAD sidebar panel is displayed.
  2. Tap Issues and Return. The Issues and Return screen is displayed.
  3. To change a company:
    1. Tap the More Options button.
    2. Tap Change Company. The Change Company page is displayed.
    3. Select the company:
      1. Tap the company from the list.

      2. Optionally, search for a company by specifying the company details on the search field. Tap the company you searched for.

  4. To change a location:
    1. Tap the More Options button.
    2. Tap Change Location. The Change Location page is displayed.
    3. Select the location:
      1. Tap the location from the list.

      2. Optionally, search for a location by specifying the location details on the search field. Tap the location you searched for.

  5. On the Requested by field, tap the backslash icon. The Change Company and Location screen is displayed.
    Note: 

    Scanning locations is allowed.

  6. Select the requesting company and location:
    1. Tap the company from the list.
    2. Optionally, search for a company by specifying the company details on the search field. Tap the company you searched for.
    3. Tap the location from the list.
    4. Optionally, search for a location by specifying the location details on the search field.

      Tap the location you searched for.

    5. Tap the check icon to return to the Issues and Return screen.
  7. On the Item field, tap Select Item. The Select Item screen is displayed.
    Note: 

    Scanning Items is allowed. Tap ADD or RETURN on each and every scan of an item.

  8. To select an item:
    1. Tap the item from the list.
    2. Optionally, search for an item by specifying the item details on the search field.

      Tap the company you searched for.

  9. Specify the quantity on the Count field.

    Tap ADD to to add the item.

    Tap RETURN to return the item

  10. Tap Item Detail View to update the item or add a requesting location.
  11. To add more items, tap Continue to return to the main Issues and Return page.
  12. Tap Done.
  13. Tap the inline send icon to send the issues and returns for processing. A confirmation message is displayed.
