Adding locations
Use this procedure to add locations to Infor Receiving and Delivery.
To add new locations
- Select Location Management in the Administration menu.
 - Select Locations > Add New.
 - 
        Consider the following fields on the Add New Location
page to create a new location.
        
- Company
 - 
                
Select the company where you want to add the location.
 - Location ID
 - 
                
Enter the ID for the new location.
 - Location Description
 - 
                
Enter a brief description of the new location.
 - Report Groups
 - 
                
Select the report group you want to associate with the locations. See Report Groups for information about report groups.
 
 - 
        Consider the following RAD fields.
        
- Deliver To
 - 
                
Select this box if the location is a delivery location.
 - Receiving and Delivery Transfer
 - 
                
Select this box if the location is a receiving and delivery transfer location.
 - Receiving, Ship To
 - 
                
This is the receiving location. It also accommodates the ship to location used on PO20.
 - Stock Location
 - 
                
Select this box if the location is a stock location.
 - Requesting
 - 
                
Select this box only if interfaced and set up as a requesting location RQ01.1.
 
 - 
        Click Add.
        
The Add New Location confirmation page appears with the new company information.
 - 
        Consider the following options:

Add Another - Click to add another location.
 - 
              
Print Label - Click to print the label.
 
 - 
              
 - Click Done.
