Tracking a delivery

To track a delivery

Access Tracking on the Receiving and Delivery menu.

The Search for Item to be Delivered page is displayed.
Specify this information:

Deliver to Company

Select the delivery company where you want to search

Search For

You can search for the requisition number, PO number, Lawson tracking number, or location.

If you are searching for an Lawson tracking number or requisition number, specify the numbers in the search box, and indicate which number you are searching for.

Note:
The requisition number is a wild card search. You may search the delivery of a PO associated to multiple requisitions from one delivery location by entering one reference requisition and the system will return the details of the PO in Print Delivery Document.

If you enter a vendor, location, or PO, you must also specify a delivery date range.
Use the advanced search to search for delivery lines. Specify these search options:

Delivery Unit Type

Select the delivery unit type.

The type can be PO or Misc. Receipt, which is a line that originated from Miscellaneous Receiving.

The default is all delivery unit types.

Item Received/Picked Date From

If you know the date the item was received or a range of dates in which it might have been received, specify the From date.

Item Received/Picked Date To

If you know the date the item was received or a range of dates in which it might have been received, specify the To date.

Delivery Locations

Select a delivery location. Only locations to which you have access are visible.
Click Search.

The Select a Delivery Unit to View Details page is displayed.
Click View Details in the row of the delivery unit that you want to track.

The Delivery Unit Status page is displayed.

Options for tracking deliveries


To	Use
To view all lines for the Delivery Unit	Click the All Lines link.
To go back to the search results page	Click the Back button or the back button on the browser.
To search again	Click the Search Again button.
