Performing picking using the handheld

If you configured the handheld to perform item ID
validation for the stock location where you are performing the picking,
scan the item ID label or enter the item number on the Verify Item
Nbr field to perform the validation.
See Modifying item number validation options for more information.
- Enter the number of items pulled from a container on the Pulled field.

If you enabled container tracking for the stock location
where you are performing the picking, scan the tracking label or enter
the tracking number for the pulled items on the Trk. Nbr. field to
record the tracking number of the pulled items.

Specify this information on
the Pick Items (Scan Items) page or the Pick Items (Select/Enter Bin):
- Bin

Scan or specify the bin number for the bin that you want to add to the list.
- Pulled
-
Specify the quantity and select the unit of measure of the item to be picked.
Note:All Transaction UOMs configured for an item in the Item Master (IC11) is displayed in the dropdown list. By default, the unit of measure in the Requisition (RQ10) is pre-selected.
In case a different unit of measure is selected, the quantity will be converted based on the RQ10 UOM equivalent.
- Allctd

System-generated value indicating the quantity allocated for the shipment and its applicable unit of measure.
Note:For items that are tracked by a single unit of measure, its corresponding Stock Unit of Measure in Item Master (IC11) is displayed.
- Add Line Buttons

Tap to display a new Pick Items (Select/Enter Bin) page for the same item, and pre-populated with the same values except the value of the tapped button.
These Add Line Buttons are displayed on a Pick Items (Select/Enter Bin) page, depending on the item configuration settings on Lawson Inventory.

- Pick Label

Indicates the quantity and unit of measure allocated for the shipment.

Indicates the quantity and unit of measure picked by the user.

Select to delete any remaining quantity that is not picked due to insufficient supply.
- Lot

Specify the lot number for item.
- Sub-Lot

Specify the sub-lot number for item, if applicable.

Specify the expiration date for item, if applicable.

Indicates a serial number scanned from a delivery item or delivery item container label, or a serial number selected by a user.

Tap Done when you are finished picking the shipment.
The Finish Picking page is displayed.
- Tap the status icon to review the picking status of each shipment.

Select shipments from the Finish Picking page, and
then tap the appropriate button:
- Save, Release, and Print

Select to send an "All picked" shipment to the MSCM server for status validation. Once validated, the shipment status gets updated on the MSCM server, and shipping feedback is sent to Infor Lawson Procurement. The Picking task is then marked as released and delivery labels and delivery documents are printed.
- Save

Select to update and save the status of the shipments on the MSCM server.
- Resume Picking

Select to return to the screen with pending shipments for picking.
