Setting up package tracking level in Lawson Procurement

You must set up the package tracking level using the Lawson form PO Company Setup (PO01.1).

To set up the package tracking level

  1. Access PO Company Setup (PO01.1) in the Lawson Portal.
  2. On the Receiving and Returns tab, specify this information:
    Package Tracking Level

    Select Enable MSCM/ RAD Tracking. This indicates that Receiving and Delivery is used for package tracking.

    You can also select Header Level. This indicates the level of package tracking.

    Note: 

    Package Tracking Level = Header Level is required for use with delivery. If you do not want to have to enter a Carrier Tracking Number for each receipt, there is code provided by Lawson that can be installed to the PO30 that makes this field optional.

    Number of Labels Default = 1

    Select Y. This indicates that a default value of 1 should be defaulted if the Number of Copies field is left blank on PO Receiving (PO30.1).
