What are the different case statuses?

These are the different case statuses:

  • New - This status is for cases from a third-party system.

  • Saved - This status is for cases that have been saved to draft, items in these cases are not considered used and therefore its quantity on hand is not updated.

  • Billed - This status is for released cases that have procedures and items reviewed in terms of charging and have been sent to the billing system.

  • Cancelled - This status is for cases that have been halted. These can be local cases that have been cancelled or cases that were updated as cancelled in the system of origin.
