Inquiring for items in view inventory count from the desktop

Use this procedure to view and resolve the latest inventory count of items in a location.

To search for items in inventory count from the desktop

  1. In Point of Use for Department Inventory, select Replenishment Management.
  2. On the displayed tabs, select View Inventory Count.

    The View Count and Resolve Variance page is displayed.

  3. In the Company list, select the company name.
  4. In the Facility list, select the facility.
  5. In the Department list, select the department.
  6. In the Location Room list, select the location.
  7. (Optional) Select Inventory Class.
  8. (Optional) Select Display.
  9. (Optional) In the Operator field, type the operator.
  10. Click Inquire.

    All items satisfying the search parameters are displayed.

  11. Optional. Click Add (+) icon to display details of Serial/Lot-tracked at Receipt items.
