Assigning the custom mscmserver attribute to mobile users

After adding the attribute to the Lawson RM system, you need to assign a value to that attribute for those users that need access to the MSCM Android mobile application.

  1. Launch the Lawson Security Administrator tool and log in as an administrator.
  2. Select User Management from the category menu.
  3. Select User Maintenance.
  4. Search for the user that you want to grant MSCM Android access for.
  5. Right click on the user in the list and select Edit RM Information.
  6. Locate the mscmserver attribute under the People section.
  7. Double-click the Value Property box. The Attribute Values window is displayed.
  8. Click OK.
  9. On the Change RM Object window, click the Edit menu and select Change to save the changes to the user.
