Customizing visit number labels

  1. Click Visit Numbers. The Customize Visit Number Labels page is displayed.
  2. You can edit existing labels or customize a new one by clicking Edit on Custom VisitNumberLabel 1 and Custom VisitNumberLabel 2.
  3. Specify this information:

    • Patient Name

    • Patient Location

    • Admit Date

    • Patient ID

    • Discharge Date

  4. Save your changes.
    Note: 

    The fixed value for the Visit Number Label is Visit Number. User is required to select Patient Name and Patient ID when customizing Label format.
