Customizing case cart labels

  1. Click Case Carts.

    The Customize Case Cart Labels page is displayed.

  2. Edit the existing labels or customize a new one by clicking Edit on Custom CaseCartLabel 1 and Custom CaseCartLabel 2.
  3. Specify this information:

    • Company ID

    • Company Description

    • Location ID

    • Location Description

  4. Save your changes.
    Note: 

    The Fixed value for the Case Cart Label is the Case Cart Number.
