Adding new locations
Use this procedure to add new locations.
To add new locations
- 
        Select Location Management from the Administration
menu.
        Note:
Par locations are automatically added for use in Par and Cycle Counting based on their existence in Supply Chain Management.
 - Select Locations > Add New on the Location Management page.
 - 
        Specify this information:
        
- Company
 - 
                
Select the company of the new location you want to add.
 - Location ID
 - 
                
Specify the location ID of the new location you want to add..
 - Location Description
 - 
                
Specify the description of the new location you want to add.
 - Report Groups
 - 
                
Click Edit to select the report group you want to associate with the new location. See Report Groups for information about report groups.
 - Par
 - 
                
Indicates that the new location is a par location.
Note:This field can only be set based on the existence of a Supply Chain Management par location.
 - Pick-for-Par (PFP)
 - 
                
Select this check box if the new location is a pick for par location.
Note:Pick for Par is only available if the location is a par location.
 
 - Click Add to add the new location. The Add New Location page is displayed.
 - 
        Click Print Label to print a bar code label for the
location.
        
A Label printer must be configured in Printer Management to be able to print labels. To add a printer, see Adding printers. To map printers to location, see Mapping printers to locations. To map a label printer to a workstation, see Mapping label printers to workstations. To map printers to users, see Mapping printers to users.
 - To add another company, click Add Another and follow the preceding steps. After you have finished adding new locations, click Done.
