Picking for par

Use this procedure to perform a directed pick based upon items that have been counted in one or more par forms.

To pick items for par

Access Infor MPC on the handheld terminal.
From the Main Menu, tap Pick for Par.

The Pick for Par screen is displayed.
Specify this information:

Company

Select the company of the inventory location from which you want to pick par items.

Inventory Location

Select the inventory location from which you want to pick par items.
Select the check boxes next to the par forms from which you want to pick and tap Download.

The Ready to Pick screen is displayed.
Select the check boxes for the par forms from which you want to pick and tap Pick.

The Par Location screen is displayed.

Note:
GTIN and HIBC scanning are enabled in Lawson Procurement 9.0.1.3 version and above. See the Inventory Control User Guide.
In the Pulled field, specify the quantity you picked or press the Up or Down arrow keys to select the correct amount.
Tap the Next arrow to move to the next item.

Note:
You can also scan Item labels to navigate through the list.
Tap Done when you have finished the current par form.

The Ready to Pick page is displayed.

Take note of these status items:

Blank Circle

This indicates that the par form has not yet been counted.

Half-filled Circle

This indicates that the par form was partially counted.

Full Circle

This indicates that the Par From was fully counted
Continue picking items from the remaining pick for par lists using the same steps.
Select the check boxes of the completed pick for par lists you want to send to the main server and tap Send.
When the system prompts you to send the pick for par lists, tap OK.

The system displays a progress bar showing the synchronization with server.
When the system displays a message telling you that the pick for par lists have been sent, tap OK.
If you are finished picking from the pick for par lists, tap Exit.
