Resolving alerts and tasks

The steps you can perform varies depending on your role, for example:

  • If you cannot solve a task, you can add a note to the task and assign the task to another user.
  • If you are a queue manager, you can monitor the sales alerts, but you do not resolve these alerts yourself. You assign the sales alerts to the appropriate sales employees.

To resolve an alert or task:

  1. To view the details, click the alert or task item in the list view.
  2. Click Assign To Me to assign the message to your name.
  3. Optionally, specify values to parameters in a task.
  4. Optionally, add a note to the alert or task.
  5. Optionally, add a file attachment.
  6. Optionally, assign the alert or task to another user.
  7. Close the alert or task. .
