Configuring external entities
The External Entities page displays all external entities that
are configured for the tenant.
As the tenant administrator, you can create, edit, disable, and delete external entities.
This table shows the external entity settings:
External entity setting fields | Definition |
---|---|
Code | A unique value. Supports only A-Z (capital letters only) and 1-9. No spaces or special characters are allowed. Maximum of 20 characters. |
Name | Display name of the entity. |
Description | Description of the entity. |
Organization name | Name of the organization. If no value is set for this, the tenant name is the default. The organization name is displayed in external entity email subjects. |
Status | Active/Inactive. |
Max Number of External Users | Set the maximum number of active users in the external entity: 0 = unlimited. |
Application Redirect URL | This is the URL the user is redirected to after a successful password reset. The user is redirected to this URL only if the user does not have permission to access Infor Ming.le. |
From email address | Displayed in external entity emails. |
Terms of Use URL | Displayed on the external entity login page. |
Contact Us URL | Displayed on the external entity login page and external entity emails. |
Policy URL | Displayed on the external entity login page. |
