Accessing External Entity Management

External Entity Management is available from the External Entity Management menu option on the user menu.

This option is available to users who have one of these security roles:

IFS- ExternalEntity Admin
Infor-SystemAdministrator

To access External Entity Management

On the right side of the Infor Ming.le toolbar, click the profile icon to access the user menu.
Click External Entity Management.

External Entity Management has these menu options:

External Entities
External Entity Profile
Custom Authorized Components
Settings
- General Settings
- Cloudsuite Identities Password Policy
- Email Templates

This table describes the functionality of each menu option.


Menu option	Use this menu to:
External Entities	View and manage external entities, including: Create external entities Edit external entities Delete external entities Disable external entities Manage the number of users registered under an external entity
External Entity Profiles	View and manage external entity profiles including: Create external entity profiles Edit external entity profiles Delete external entity profiles
Custom Authorized Components	View and manage custom authorized components including: Create custom authorized components Edit custom authorized components Delete custom authorized components
Settings > General Settings	View and manage general settings Login Links Terms of Use URL Contact Us URL Policy URL Manage Features Max Number of Users Per External Entity
Settings > Cloudsuite Identities Password Policy	View and configure password strength and complexity requirements for Infor Ming.le Identities
Settings > Email Templates	View and manage email templates, including: Create an email template Delete a email template Edit an email template
`Selected external entity`	This menu option is displayed only if the tenant administrator selects Users on an external entity.
`Selected external entity` > Users	View and manage users, including: Add users Delete users Import and export users Actions Activate Disable Send Invitation Reset password (by user) Unlock Account Export all users Edit users
