Applying actions to users
The menu on the Users page has multiple options to apply actions to the selected users. Each menu option is enabled only when every selected user meets the rules for that particular action:
- Activate
- Disable
- Send invitation
- Reset password (by user)
- Unlock account
Note: To access the Users page, click External Entity
Management from the profile icon, and on the External
Entities page, locate the tile for the external entity and double-click the Users
icon (circle).
