Understanding data management
Data management allows data administrators to manage all users' posts and messages. For users who have the Chat-DataAdministrator role, you can manage Chat messages. For users who have the MingleDataAdministrator role, you can manage Activity Feed posts. The grid displays the user’s full name, email address, posts or messages, and the status of the user. Data administrators can click the total count of messages or posts to take these actions:
- Select all or specific messages or posts
- : Download the messages or posts
- : Remove the messages or posts from the user interface
- : Remove the messages or posts from the database
