Page details

The page detail panel shows more information about the page.

To display the page detail panel, click the page title in the Page Catalog list or Page Catalog start view.

The actions that you can perform on the page details panel depend on the permissions assigned to you.

The page detail panel contains this information:

Area Description
Detail header The page title is displayed in the header of the detail panel.
  • Click Add Page to add the page to My Pages. For more information, see Adding a page.
  • Click Preview Page to open the page in preview mode. For more information, see Preview page mode.
  • Click Duplicate Page to add a duplicate of the page as a private page. Future changes made to the page in the Page Catalog are not applied to your page. For more information, see Duplicating a page.
  • Click Edit Publish Configuration to edit the publication configuration settings for a published page. See Editing the publication configuration settings for a published page.
  • Click Delete Page to delete pages from the Page Catalog. For more information, see Deleting a page.
Note: The actions displayed depend on the permissions you have for the selected page. If an action is not available, you are not authorized to perform that action.
Page details The page details contain this information:
  • Title and actions in the header
  • Description
  • Owner
  • Last edited by - the user who last edited the page and the last edited date.
  • Used by - the number of users who added the published page to My Pages.
    Note:  Users who have a page as a mandatory page defined in settings are not included in this count. Only users who have manually added the page are included.
  • Available languages - if the page is translated, all available languages are shown.
  • Tags - eventual tags attached to the page.
  • Permissions – Has restrictions is shown if restrictions are applied to a page. For page owners and users with edit rights, the text links to a dialog that describes what restrictions are set.
  • Featured – this is a switch to add or remove the page from the featured section in the start view. This switch is available only for administrators and content administrators.
