Exporting a page

  1. Click the page menu icon (…) on the page title bar.
  2. Click Advanced.
  3. Click Export Page.
  4. Select which export option to use:
Convert to standard widgets with configuration
This option converts all published widgets into standard widgets by using the configuration of the published widgets. This way, the page can be used in an environment where the published widget does not exist, or the page can be used even if the published widgets are later removed. With this option, the widgets no longer have any connection to the published widget and do not get updates from the published widget.
Available translations and publish settings for the published widgets on the page are also included in the export. Note that widget tags are not included in the export.
    Keep references to published widgets

A page with published widgets can be used only in the environment where it was created. If a published widget is deleted when the page is imported, that widget is displayed as unavailable.

  5. Select how to save the exported page. How the page is saved depends on which browser you use. The exported page has the name of the page as file name with the .json file extension.
