Using the Package Tracker

Use this context application to view real-time tracking information for packages. When you add the Package Tracker context application to multiple applications, the tracking information is cleared whenever you go from one application to another. For this context application to function properly, you must provide these keys:

UPS Service API User ID
UPS Service API Password
UPS Service API Access Code

To use the Package Tracker:

Enter a Tracking Number.
Click Track.
Basic tracking information is displayed such as the pick-up and delivery dates. Additional information can also be displayed.
To clear the tracking number, click Clear.
Click the icon on the right, above the tracking number, to copy a link to the carrier's website specific to the tracking number that you enter. You can also copy the link into an e-mail or document.
