Security Roles

The Security Roles page displays a listing of all security roles added to your system. This page displays:

• The name and description of the security role
• An indicator to show if the security role is assigned to new users
• The total number of mapped users and mapped documents in each security role

You can add, import, delete, and view details of a security role from this page.

The default security roles are:

Security role	Description	Applies to
IFSAdminContact	This role adds the user's email contact information to User Management email communications that are automatically sent to users.	User Management
IFSApplicationAdmin	This role allows the user administrative rights to all of User Management.	User Management
DataAdministrator	This role allows the user to administer master data items in User Management.	User Management
UserAdmin	This role allows the user to administer user data in User Management.	User Management
Infor-SystemAdministrator	This role allows the user to become the administrator for every Infor application added to the tenant.	All Infor applications
MingleEnterprise	This role allows user access to Infor Ming.le.	Infor Ming.le
MingleAdministrator	This role allow users to administer Infor Ming.le.	Infor Ming.le
MingleIONEnabled	This role allows users to receive ION related information in Infor Ming.le.	Infor Ming.le
MingleStreamsTemplateCreator	This role allow users to create templates in Infor Ming.le.	Infor Ming.le
IONDeskSecurityAdmin	This role allow users to administer security of ION Desk (access to Security Administration pages).	ION Desk
IONDeskAdmin	This role allow users to administer ION Desk.	ION Desk
