Importing distribution groups

You can import distribution groups and their associated users by clicking the import icon.

The only supported file type is .csv. The .csv file must contain a header. The supported variables in the header are:

• Name
• Description
• EmailId or FedId

The Name and Description fields are required in the header row.

To update existing distribution groups, you must select the Update existing distribution groups check box.

The import results are displayed in a popup window after the import process is successfully completed. The Download Results link provides the results for each skipped entry along with its reason.
