Reset MFA

As the administrator, when you click Reset MFA for a user, the user's MFA status is set to Enabled and number of Devices Registered is reset to 0. All the devices registered by the user for MFA are removed. Information about the previously registered devices is still maintained for auditing purpose. When logging in after Reset MFA is applied, the user is prompted to register for MFA.

Note: 

Users cannot reset MFA for their own accounts.

To Reset MFA:

  1. Select one or more users.
  2. Select Action > Reset MFA.
