Adding a security access profile through user details

To add a security access profile through user details:

  1. Click the User Menu icon.
  2. Select User Management.
  3. Select the collapsed menu icon.
  4. Click Manage.
  5. Click Users.
  6. Click the user details icon when selecting a user.
  7. Scroll right and select the Security Access Profiles tab. This tab displays any existing security access profiles that have been added for the user.
  8. Click the plus icon to add a security access profile for a user.
    Note: 

    Only one security access profile can be added at a time. Attempting to add another profile generates this message: The user will be removed from their current Security Access Profile and assigned to the new profile.

    Clicking the trash can icon generates a confirmation dialog box asking if you want to delete the selected data.

  9. Click Save.
