Tile Direction property

The Tile Direction property specifies the main direction in which the infocon component is to expand when the drop-down arrow is clicked.

Valid values are Down, Up, Right, and Left.

We say "main direction" because, for example, if the user has specified Down with the List Columns property set at 2 tiles, the resulting display will be two tiles wide and then expand downward as space permits.

Note: If the Always Expanded property is set to , then this property specifies the direction in which tiles are expanded and the directions for scrolling. This means that records scroll only up and down or scroll only right and left.
