Copy Form Definition dialog box
Use this dialog box to create a new form by copying an existing form.
| Field/Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Source Form | Select the name of the form being copied. |
| Target Form | Specify the name to assign to the form being created. |
| Copy Template Also | Select this check box to copy the source form's template and its definition. Clear this check box to copy only the form definition. |
| Copy All Device Types | Select this check box to copy all the device types. Clear this check box to select the source device and target device type. |
| Source Device | Select the source device. |
| Target Master | Select the target device type. Select Default, Mobile, Laptop, or Desktop. |
