IDO Data Rules Activation Conditions tab

The Activation Conditions determine whether a data rule is applicable based on system settings. All activation conditions must evaluate true for a rule to be considered active.

Activation Conditions are evaluated once, during the first use of a rule, and the result is cached. The cached activation results can be cleared using IDO Cache Clear, allowing the conditions to be re-evaluated.

The IDO Cache Clear in multi-tenant environments uses the Refresh Farm Metadata form. You can use the Refresh Farm IDO Metadata and the Refresh Shared Extension Class Assemblies option if assembly methods are used with an action on the Actions tab. The on-premises environments can use the Configuration Manager, Utilities tab and the Discard IDO Cache.
