Viewing the report data attributes

  1. Open the Report Data Attributes form.
    Optionally, you can open the form through the Report Data Attributes button in the Background Task Definitions form.
  2. Specify this information:
    Task Name
    In this dropdown selection, specify the Background Task Name.
    Report Type
    This is a read-only field. The value of this field depends on the Background Task Name field value.
    Executable Name
    This is a read-only field. The value of this field depends on the Background Task Name field value.
    Attribute Name
    Specify the name of the attribute to which the values are collected and stored.
    Component Name
    Select the component in the dropdown. The options in this dropdown are the Form Component Name in the Form Report Definition. This field is enabled for Form type of report.
    Property Name
    Select the property in the dropdown. The options in this dropdown are from the DataViews IDO Setup for the DataView.. This field is enabled for DataView type of report.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Once the report is generated, open the Background Task History form.
  5. Select the Task Name.
  6. Select the Report Data Attributes tab.
