Editing authorizations for a user in a group

User authorizations override group authorizations. To edit the user authorizations for a user in a group, use this procedure:

  1. Verify that the user is assigned to a group.
  2. Open the Users form.
  3. Select the user whose authorizations you want to edit.
  4. Click User Authorizations.
  5. On the Object Authorizations for User form, perform these steps:
    1. In the Object Type field, select whether the object is a Form, IDO, or a File Server.
    2. In the Object Name field, select the object that you want to edit for this user.
    3. Depending on the desired privileges, specify Granted or Revoked.
    4. Save your changes.
