Selecting properties to display in the IDO Data Viewer

To limit the number of properties to display for each record, you can select the properties to be displayed in the grid.

With the IDO Data Viewer form open, select the IDO you want to display the data for, if it is not already selected.

  1. In the IDO Data Viewer form, click Select Properties.
    This opens the IDO Data Viewer Select Properties dialog box.
  2. In the Available IDO Properties list, select a property to display.
  3. Click the >> button.
    The dialog box adds the selected property to the IDO Properties To Include list.
  4. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 until you have selected all the properties for which you want to display the data.
  5. Click Done.

The IDO Data Viewer Select Properties dialog box closes and the list of selected properties displays in the Prop List field. When you click Load Collection, the grid displays data for only those selected properties.
